"Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with! We were relocating from the west coast to Summerville and Crystal and the entire Hampton Homes team was great from the start, setting us up for success remotely so that when we arrived in person to review homes, we already had a great list of options. We were able to select a home and put an offer in on that first visit. We ended up putting an offer in on an almost completed new home. Unfortunately after the inspection and new home orientation walk, there was a water leak that significantly affected our ability to close on time. This all started while we were still remote Crystal was on site taking video and advocating on our behalf within the hour! She continued to check on the progress and coordinating with the builder, keeping us informed all along the way. Her attention to detail and proactive approach to all of the issues and helping to find resolutions really helped us keep things in perspective and remain positive.
